Online / Virtual Puja Services: Services listed on the website as 'Online Puja', 'E-Puja', or 'Puja on behalf of devotees' are performed at Shrikshetra Tuljapur according to traditional religious customs based on the devotee's sankalp. This service is not a substitute for physical darshan or entry into the sanctum sanctorum (garbhagriha).
Special Clarification regarding Darshan / Abhishek Passes: Services booked on this website are solely for religious puja rituals. This does not include Shri Tuljabhavani abhishek passes, paid darshan passes (donation passes), dharmadarshan, mukhdarshan passes, or entry into the sanctum sanctorum. Devotees are required to obtain all types of darshan passes independently through official authorities.
Puja Fee & Authorized Dakshina: The amount accepted through this website is received as 'Dakshina', puja materials cost, and 'Service Charge' by Shri Nagesh Kalidas Salunke in his capacity as the authorized hereditary pujari of Shri Tuljabhavani Devi.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: If a devotee wishes to cancel a booked puja service, they must inform us before the scheduled puja/ritual commences. Once the sankalp, puja ritual, or offering is completed, no refund request will be entertained. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 10 business days.
Prasad Delivery System: Prasad included in eligible puja services will be dispatched to the address provided by the devotee via India Post or courier within approximately 15 days. Management shall not be held responsible for non-receipt of prasad due to postal delays or inaccurate address details.
Prasad Limitations & Exceptions: Please note that prasad for services like Kumarika Bhojan, Suvasini Bhojan, Mahanaivedya, and Kanya Pujan is not dispatched by post, as these rituals consist of direct physical offerings.
Service Location & Rights Reserved: All pujas and religious services available on the website are performed at Shrikshetra Tuljapur and sacred premises. Management reserves the right to modify puja items, timings, photos, and terms on the website from time to time.

Devotees wishing to cancel a booked puja service must notify us before the ritual commences to be eligible for a refund. No refund will be issued once the puja ritual or sankalp is completed. In cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card). If prasad is not received, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9763636868 / 9923050807) with your Booking ID for re-dispatch after verification.
